The journey, in full
Meet your greeter at your flight's designated baggage carousel. Important Notes: - Lei greeting only - Transportation NOT included. -One greeting group per flight - if you're arriving on different flights, you'll need to book individual greetings for each arriving flight. This is one greeting per flight . Therefore, if families will be arriving on more than one flight and all different flights, then multiple lei greeting bookings will need to be made for each flight. - No surprise greetings. You must tell the recipients to look for a sign with their name on it.

What to know before booking
Restrictions
We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to scheduled flight arrival time.
Meeting & Pickup
Once you have arrived on the island, please proceed down to your flight's designated baggage claim carousel, and your greeter will be waiting for you there. Guests without checked luggage MUST proceed to their flight's assigned baggage claim carousel to receive their lei greeting. The greeter will be holding a sign with your name(s) and wearing a purple and white Aloha shirt.
