Your tour begins outside Merit Coffee. Meet your guide and small group here to kick off the tour. First, stroll past Austin City Hall, the Willie Nelson Statue, and the lively West 2nd Street District as your guide points out these local spots. Next, stop at Cooper’s for a serving of sausage macaroni and cheese—a smoky, cheesy, and comforting local favorite. Continue to Terry Black’s Barbecue. Enjoy tender brisket with green beans and your choice of dessert. Along the way, hear a quick note about Lady Bird Lake and the Ann Richards Bridge. Then, walk across the Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge for pleasant views of the skyline and Lady Bird Lake below.
