What your day looks like
The ancient Greeks and Romans were already growing grapes and producing wine on Hvar 300 years before Christ was born. This gave them safety, food and medicinal wealth. Vineyards are all over the island. Strong wind and sun are ideal conditions for producing the best quality wine. Plavac mali is the most indigenous grape in the Dalmatian region.

This is from an email from clients: The wine tasting was a great surprise, our driver was a Hvar local and took us on the scenic route of the island, giving us history and culture lessons along the way. Vribinski, the town where we had the tasting, they call little Venice. Fantastic!

Our private tour was excellent. We started off with a car ride up to the fort and experienced the most incredible view of Hvar and surrounding islands. It was absolutely beautiful! Our tour guide, Ivan, gave us some interesting history about the island while we made our way to the winery. The food and wine pairing was exceptional. I bought two bottles of wine and ordered Rose when I arrived back in the U.S. Highly recommended.
