Private Tour of Barossa - A Truly Barossan Wine Experience
What your day looks like
With so many great options to choose from over such a vast area, there’s a world of opportunity on your own private Barossa Valley wine tour. With our years of touring expertise and a great understanding of all the wineries in the region, we’ve created the perfectly flexible Barossa itinerary for any wine enthusiast, showcasing some of the most iconic and progressive wineries in the region. Start off at one of the region’s historic wineries making traditional Barossa wines. Visit somewhere like Yalumba or Langmeil to get familiar with the region and try the wines the region has become famous for. Next it’s somewhere at the forefront of new varieties, odd blends, and uncommon techniques, for the less-traditional side of the Barossa. Limber up and get your palate off-piste at wineries like Artisans of Barossa or David Franz. A seasonally inspired multi-course lunch with wine at restaurant FINO Seppeltsfield awaits you, before finishing the day with a tasting at one of the regions more premium-focussed wineries. Think Two Hands or Torbreck for some of the Barossa’s best and most highly prized Shiraz. Of course, if there’s somewhere you’d prefer or want to get more off the beaten track, just let us know! We love to create more bespoke itineraries to suit our guests. With a wide range of wineries to choose from, you can trust our expertise and unparalleled insider knowledge to create the most memorable private Barossa Valley wine tour just for you. Premium touring at it’s best!

The journey, in full
After being picked up from your central Adelaide or Barossa accommodation, your guide will give you an overview of the region at a local lookout. First it's off to somewhere traditional, like Yalumba. Here you'll try traditional wines in one of the most well-known wineries in the region. With history dating back to the start of the region, it's always good place to start - at the beginning. Then we'll take you somewhere more boutique and progressive. You'll taste wines from one of the smallest boutique producers in the Valley, doing things to buck the trend of the bigger players. Lunch is a seasonal spread at one of the State's best restaurants - FINO. Sourcing their produce from local farmers, this is unpretentious seasonal dining at it's best. You'll enjoy your lunch with local wines to suit. Finally, it's off to one of those wineries focussing on producing the best and most expensive wines in the region. These wines are often destined for the cellar, to be enjoyed with 10+ years of age. You'll taste and understand what has made this region one of the most well-known across the globe. After your final tasting, we'll have you back at your accommodation by around 5:30pm (or 4:30pm for Barossa accommodations).
