The journey, in full

Start off at Two Hands, where you’ll taste distinctive Single Vineyard Shiraz wines, enjoying them from within the breath-taking vineyards they were grown. This is a vineyard safari like no other, in absolute exclusivitity. Back at the Two Hands winery, you'll taste from the four corners of the Barossa during a Single Vineyard Shiraz masterclass. To break up the day, you'll enjoy a multi-course lunch with drinks at one Australia's most awarded restaurants - FINO Seppeltsfield. Unpretentious farm-to-plate dining at it's best, this is a great palate-cleanser before the second half of your day. Finish the day by visiting a boutique producer in an intimate setting. taste their rare and collectible Shiraz wines sourced from some of the world's oldest surviving vineyards - well over 100 years old.
