FREE SIDE STREET PARKING IS AVAILABLE AND THERE ARE LIMITED PARKING SPACES IN THE BEACH PARKING LOT BY THE OUTRIGGER HOTEL. Meet at the solo restroom building across from the boat ramp or at the Lamppost next to the boat ramp The crew will get you from underneath the light pole or restroom upon returning from previous trip. There will be no refunds or reschedules if you miss the boat. ****EQUIPTMENT: Mask & snorkel are included on your ticket price. NO FINS are not needed no currents here at this bay its like a pool ****TOUR DURATION & DELAY POLICY: Tour durations are estimates — not exact. 2.5 hours approximately Delays can occur due to: Weather conditions Boat traffic Mechanical issues Guest capacity requirements Other unforeseen circumstances Your tour may be delayed or moved to an earlier time on rare occasions — sometimes by an hour or more. We do not issue refunds for delays or rescheduling. Please do not schedule anything within 1 hour before or after your tour. ****GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: Allow a 1-hour buffer before/after your scheduled time. Provide a working phone number Stay available and responsive on the day of your tour. ****BOAT CAPACITY POLICY Minimum of 8 guests required for a tour to operate. If the tour doesn't meet this minimum, we’ll move you to another time or day. You will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior if your tour needs to be rescheduled. There is no refunds if this listed above occurs. **** No Refund dispute back charges with banks / credit or debit cards, Doing so would be fraud and will be handled legally with our attorney. If you would like a refund, you must do so within our policy, which is 72 hours before the tour.
