Kailua-Kona is one of the only places in the world where you can experience a Manta Ray Night Snorkel. Encounter some of Hawaii's most magnificent and graceful creatures on this thrilling adventure. These stunning creatures range in size from 5-18ft wide and have an average wingspan between 8 and 12ft wide. Float on the surface holding on to our custom-made light boards, designed to attract the rays in the night sea. Our professional guides help you get in the best possible viewing position to watch the Manta Rays dance around as you. Our goal is to get you as close to the Mantas as possible while keeping you safe and comfortable. Our tour allows you to spend as much time as possible snorkeling with the Manta Rays. The departure point is conveniently located just 3 minutes from the snorkel site, ensuring a quick and enjoyable ride! If you don’t love boats or get motion sickness, our tour is perfect for you.

Restrictions
Storage Option: All non-permitted items must be left at the wetsuit van before boarding. Our crew will safely store and watch over your belongings for the duration of your tour. Physical & Ocean Readiness Requirements: Guests must be physically fit and able to climb a boat ladder unassisted. This activity is NOT suitable for individuals with back, neck, or mobility issues. You MUST be able to swim confidently and be prepared for varying ocean conditions—from calm to moderately rough. Our tours take place in the open ocean, not a controlled environment. By booking this tour, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk, both on the boat and in the water, regardless of weather or ocean conditions. Please do not book if you are uncomfortable with open water or are unsure of your swimming ability. Participant Requirements: Guests must be able to swim confidently, snorkel independently, and climb a boat ladder without assistance Participants must weigh under 275 lbs. for safety and equipment limitations

BUT WE RECOMMEND CHECKING IN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID CONGESTION DURING CHECK IN. If you miss the boat tour there will be no refunds if you’re late and the boat tour has left.

There was a lot of drama at the location and not good communication. Clients received a lot of confusing information and were told it was difficult to work with the location arrival people and boat. This was not a good situation for my clients. The Manta Ray Snorkel itself was very good but the tense times before the snorkel were not good

Overall, it worked out well. We had around 9 mantas circling below us. Was incredible. And we only went a short way off shore. However, some of the staff felt a little new and a few things were unprofessional, but like I stated, it seeing the mantas worked out well and was easy and we saw more mantas than I had seen on a previous trip with a different company.

Even though we managed not to follow directions of checking in at their main office, the crew still took care of us and made sure we got on the boat. We were given the specific instructions, and the gear necessary. We saw about 3 manta rays that kept coming back around. They were amazing and huge!!! Would definitely do it again. There is no time to take pictures so we didn't
