What your day looks like
Enjoy a great combo of Ketchikan experiences in one. Meet your guide and enjoy a walk to the Totem Heritage Center, passing a salmon stream and hatchery. Keep an eye out for American bald eagles along the way. Upon arriving at the Totem Heritage Center, your guide will educate guests about the native culture of Southeast Alaska. This portion is guided, but guides will allow time for guests to explore at their own pace. After the Totem Heritage Center, your guide will drive you to ABA’s private trail. During this ride, enjoy a fully narrated town tour of Ketchikan while learning about its vibrant history and fishing culture. Upon arriving at your destination, guests will enjoy a 10–15 minute walk up to the ABA trail following a historic pipeline. Once there, guests will walk a 1/2-mile loop featuring creeks, colorful kiosks, plants, and other stunning nature views.
