Alaska Bigfoot Adventures is an experience for the Bigfoot enthusiast, environmentalist, or the casually curious. ABA has prepared an exciting and informative back-woods wilderness adventure for you in the heartland of Alaska’s rainforest near the port of Ward Cove. Meet your Tour guide and leave the civilized world behind as you join an intimate group of adventurers going into this lush forest setting. Travel by ATV into the Alaskan Wild Woods Base Camp to begin your hiking adventure at the trailhead. Adventure includes a compact gravel trail, stairs, elevated walkways, and natural deep woods paths. Moderate physical activity, some stairs, some uneven ground, True adventure!

The journey, in full
Upon pick up guests will receive a narrated town tour of Ketchikan while we drive out to our UTV site. Once we arrive to our UTVs we will ride up a historic pipeline and get to the Alaska Bigfoot Adventures trail. From here you will walk the Alaska Bigfoot Adventures trail. Enjoy the nature walk and a few stops for some coffee, Hot chocolate, and a gourmet cookie. You'll learn about plants and critters that live in the area and also here some tales of the legendary Bigfoot.

From start to finish, this tour exceeded every expectation. Seamless Logistics & Expert Guiding: We met our incredible tour guide, Alex, right by the ship at the visitor center. The transition was flawless. During the scenic drive to the site, Alex shared fascinating local facts and history, demonstrating impressive knowledge of the area. Thrilling ATV Trek: After a brief, scenic walk to the ATVs, we geared up for our Bigfoot expedition. Driving my family through the rugged terrain was a massive hit—my kids were ecstatic, constantly cheering for me to splash through the mud puddles! It is an absolute blast for families. Immersive Forest Exploration: The trek took us deep into a stunning, canopied rainforest. We learned so much about the local ecosystem and the fascinating lore of Bigfoot. Midway through, the team treated us to a wonderful break with hot coffee, rich cocoa, and delicious cookies that hit the perfect spot. Comfort & Preparation: We came fully prepared with hiking boots, layers, rain gear, beanies, and gloves.
