What your day looks like
The Manta Ray Night Snorkel is a must-do for everyone when visiting the Big Island and Kona is one of the only places in the world to experience this kind of thrilling adventure. These magnificent creatures range in size from 3ft wide-16ft wide and have an average wingspan between 8 & 12ft wide. A 20 to a 30-minute boat ride departing from Honokohau Harbor will take you to either Manta Heaven or Manta Village to experience the Manta Magic.

Detailed Itinerary
The journey, in full
You will enjoy a cruise along the coastline as the captain keeps an eye out for marine life and points out points of interest along the way. Upon arrival at the viewing site the Captain and Crew will distribute snorkel gear and provide a safety briefing. Please listen closely while a detailed explanation of how to enter the water and conduct yourself properly while in the presence of the majestic sea life.

Restrictions
Not recommended for those with back problems, those who have recently undergone surgery, or those who have mobility issues. Guests must have basic swimming and snorkeling experience and be able to independently climb up a side boat ladder.

The meeting location address is 74 Kealakehe Pkwy, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740, USA. We depart on the north side of Honokohau's small boat harbor.
