Greenwich Village Small Group Food Tour
What your day looks like
Discover incredible sights and tastes on our food tour of Greenwich Village. Find out how the Village has maintained its unique character within New York City. From the Dutch and English colonial periods to it's Beat Poet and avant-garde art roots, today the Village has evolved to become the current hot-spot of downtown Manhattan. You’ll also discover out-of-the-way jazz clubs, the finest chocolatiers, and independent bookstores that carry on Greenwich Village’s bohemian traditions. Greenwich Village rivals SoHo as the shopping mecca of New York City, with new stores being added every day. See if you can figure out which ones have been there for decades, and which are brand new. Whether you take the New York City subway or come in a limousine, there is something for you. If not the food, then shopping. If not shopping, then history. But no matter who you are or what your interests are, Greenwich Village has a great experience in store for you. See the beauty of Greenwich Village as never before on our walking tour. Waves of immigrants and celebrities have settled in this peaceful residential neighborhood of Manhattan. Our Greenwich Village food tour takes you through cobblestone streets and quaint parks, pointing out the stories of artists and bohemians as well as rock star musicians and fashionistas. This walking tour is a little over two hours, but combined with our High Line tour it is, about 4 hours of food and fun. So join us and see New York like a local. If you like, you can add on a libation on to complete your foodie experience, try our “add-on a drink” and find out why Greenwich Village is one of NYC’s hot spots. You can enjoy a pint of world-class craft beer at one of the many micro-beer bars in the area. If beer is not on the top of your list then sip some fine wine at the end of your food tour.

What travelers are saying
Such a fun way to spend an afternoon in NYC. All the food that we tasted was delicious. Jake was an amazing guide and was very knowledgeable about Greenwich Village. Not only did we get a great sampling of local food but Jake gave us a fabulous tour of the area with lots of interesting facts about the homes, the people, the history, and random suggestions. I would highly recommend this tour!!!
