Staff was very pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed our second stop, after speaking with trolley driver as I sat (with another passenger) because the walk was too lengthy and steep to get to the cemetery. The second stop was adjusted to eliminate some steep stairs, enabling all of us to participate. There were only two stops, so be aware there is some significant walking, or you will miss most the tour. I didn’t realize how much walking was necessary. I did really enjoy the half I did see.
