We had the best experience with Viviana!! While we didn't get to take the actual cooking class because of when our cruise ship docked, we were welcomed into Viviana's home with open arms and she graced us with an incredible authentic Puerto Rican meal. Not just tasting size bites, but fullllll portions - we even had enough left to take with us! Such a warm and fun experience, and the food was out of this world. During dessert, Viviana sat down with us and chatted with us a bit about her life and experiences and she got to know us a little bit as well. Next time we're in San Juan we definitely want to take her cooking class. We cannot express enough how wonderful this was - definitely one of our favorite parts of our trip.

We enjoyed our cooking class very much. We learned a lot about the evolution of flavours in Puerto Rican cooking and made some great food. They were also able to accommodate dietary restrictions which was awesome.
