Your day, step by step
Day 1
George Town
Hot Springs. Day 01 Penang Island – Cameron Highlands: 8am Meet and greet at Penang hotel lobby and depart for Cameron Highlands. - a hill resort with large tea plantations, farmlands and scattered aborigine colonies. Visit the adorable Orangutans (subject to availability). At Camerons sip tea seated on an elevated tea cafe and enjoy the rolling hills of tea. Photo shoots aplenty. Visit Cactus Garden, Strawberry Farm, Vegetable market, Kea Farm. Check in to hotel Free and easy. 7pm Dinner would be HOT POT - augurs well for the cool climate. Bring sweaters as nights are cold.
Day 2
Lanchang
Eco Tour at Cameron Highlands. Day 02 Cameron Highlands - Rainforest Taman Negara 1st Day 7am Depart for Taman Negara - drive time 5 hours. Taman Negara is 130 million years old tropical rainforest with endangered tigers, elephants, tapirs .... 14,000 flowering plants 300 bird species.... scattered aborigine colonies... On arrival at Kuala Tahan, complimentary lunch @ Floating Cafe, Join Nature Guide rapids shooting to an aborigine village for fire making and blowpipe demonstration. The rainforest is their supermarket. Continue trekking to a rain forest waterfalls for a cool dip - a therapeutic stress reliever. Check in hotel. Free and easy. 8pm Join Nature Guide for the Night Jungle walk to look for mouse deer, panthers, owls, scorpions etc and watch nocturnal animals come for their salt lick. Return to hotel. Free and easy.
Day 3
George Town
Day 03 Taman Negara 2nd Day 8am Join Nature Guide jungle trek to the viewpoint to catch a glimpse of Malaysia's highest mountain 7175 feet (2187 meters ) in height. Enjoy the jungle ambience. Return to hotel. 8pm Join Natute Guide for the Night River Cruise. You would have been lucky having sighted monkeys, horn bills etc., but if you now see a tiger we ain't quite sure who should run!!! Enjoy the jungle ambience seated on a boat deep in virgin rainforest. A very rare encounter !. Isn't it?
Day 4
George Town
Day 04 Taman Negara - Kuala Lumpur 8am Depart for Kuala Lumpur, enroute Batu Caves climb 272 steps into temple of Hindu God. Drive to Independent Square, Little India and Chinatoiwn before going for a Banana Leaf Lunch - eat with fingers. Check in to hotel. Free and easy. 5pm Depart for Kuala Selangor - home to the largest fireflies colony in the world. Meet adorable silver leaf monkeys and after frolicking with them adjourn to a riverside cafe for a freah seafood dinner. Catch a boat to watch fireflies at their dazzling best indulging in a mating ritual. Its fascinating !! Return to hotel by 10 pm.
Day 5
Lanchang
Eco Tour at St. Paul's Church, Malacca. Day 05 Kuala Lumpur - Malacca 8am Depart for Malacca - a UNESCO Heritage city. Visit Stadthuys, St Paul's Hill, A Famosa, Flora de La Mar (Sunkenship), Trishaw ride to Jonkers' Street. Walkabout. Adjourn for a Peranakan lunch - Baba Nyonya cuisine. Check in to hotel. Free and easy.
Day 6
George Town
Day 06 Malacca - Singapore drop off 8am Depart for Johore Bahru Immigration Check point. After clearance you will be dropped off at your hotel in Singapore. End of program.
