Meeting & Pickup
Check in at 6:45am in Piazzale Montelungo, at the end of the ramp connecting with the train station. Tour departs at 07:00. An Assistant will wait for you with blue clothing with our Tour & Gray Line Florence logos. It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to join the Tour, nor to have a refund or reschedule the tour.

The tour was very well organized by the guide. This tour is best for those that want to see a lot in a short period. There isn't a lot of time to just relax. You get about 1hr at each stop. Depending on the crowds that isn't a lot of time.
