Parliament Street & Smithwick's Experience Kilkenny (Brewing Tradition) Near the meeting point on Parliament Street, discover Kilkenny’s long-standing relationship with beer and hospitality at the famous Smithwick's Experience Kilkenny, home to Ireland’s oldest ale. The Parade & Medieval Mile (Food Culture Walk) Stroll through The Parade, a lively central hub lined with cafés, markets, and artisan producers.
