Meeting & Pickup
Santorini is a tender port. Passengers joining ship-organized excursions are usually disembarked first, followed by independent travelers. Tender boats will bring you from your cruise ship to the Old Port (Skala) below Fira. Only a short walk from the tender drop-off point, you will find the cable car station. The ride to Fira takes about 5 minutes and offers stunning panoramic views over the caldera, the sparkling Aegean Sea, and the dramatic cliffs — an experience in itself. The ticket cost is 10 Euro per person, payable on site. At the top, please proceed to the exit of the cable car station. Your guide will be waiting there, holding a sign "Intimate Santorini".

very nice tour. very informative and beautiful. tour leader was very nice but a little fast for us older people. there was 3 or 4 of us couples who were always lagging behind because of our age or some kind of health issue. she went ahead and waited for us but then kept going as soon as we got there. nice tour but very tiring. could have been my fault for booking the wrong tour.

We really enjoyed the tour with Sandra. Note: Our Celebrity Beyond ship did not provide us with one of the first tenders to get to the island. We requested the day prior of arrival. So the next day, we stood in line at 730am and got tender group 5, then stood in another very long line for the cable car up to the meeting point. Luckily I was sending emails to the tour operator guide and she replied so she knew our ETA and did not leave us! The vehicle was very nice, new, and clean. The driver was very pleasant and a good driver. The tour had the right amount of time to see all sights including 2 hours in Oia which was perfect. We would definitely recommend and use this guide and tour operator again!
