This tour was booked months in advance and my clients were traveling just after a staff strike at the Louvre and a change in operating hours. The tour guide Julienne kept in great contact with the clients about the status of the tour and assisted them in moving it to a different day that would work for both of them. The clients loved the tour and spoke highly of Julienne.

The tour guide that you got us for the Louvre was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat and I wish we had more time with him there. 3 hours was definitely not enough time for everything there. Even my husband was engaged which was great!
