Local Flavor at The Saladin Citadel Of Cairo. Visit the Citadel of Saladin: you will be taken on a tour of some of Cairo's most well-known churches, including The Hanging Church and the Church of St. George the Martyr, which were built into the Fort of Babylon's walls and may be Cairo's oldest structures; and the Church of Abu Serga (St. Sergius), where it is believed that the Holy Family sought refuge in a cave, and where a church was built to honor this event.

You have the rest of the day to yourself, however there will be opportunities for diving, snorkeling, and other water sports.
