Archaeological Exploration at Giza pyramid complex. Welcome to this trip! Egypt Gift Tours Egyptology guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza on time. Once you enter the Giza plateau area, you will be able to go very close to the Great Pyramid of Cheops, and staring at that massive structure, you will realize that your dream of visiting the only surviving wonder of the ancient world came true. Your guide will provide you with historical insights into those 4600-year-old tombs. Passing through the pyramids of Chephren and Menkaure, you will stop to click some photos of all the pyramids together. In that part of the Sahara Desert area, you will also have the chance to ride a camel, take nice clicks, and have a lot of desert fun (optional).

Archaeological Exploration at Great Sphinx Of Giza. Valley Temple & Sphinx: After these pyramids, we visit the Valley Temple – The place where the priests mummified the dead body of King Chephren, owner of the second pyramid at Giza Plateau. It is also the place where you can have a close-up look at the Sphinx; the legendary guardian that stands by the huge funeral complex with its lion body and the head of King Chephren. This mysterious monument was carved to symbolize the pharaoh’s power and wisdom. After this great tour, you will have the chance to go to a papyrus institute to see how the Egyptians produced this genuine artwork thousands of years ago.

Also, visit the tombs of the Nobles in Saqqara and learn more about the daily life of ancient Egyptian noblemen.

Sightseeing at Red Pyramid. Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid: Then transfer to the south and visit the Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid at Dahshur. This is a famous royal necropolis in Egypt located in the desert on the West Bank of the Nile approximately 40 kilometers (25 mi) south of Cairo. It is known chiefly for many famous pyramids two of which are among the oldest, largest, and best preserved in Egypt, built from 2613–2589 BC; the red and bent Pyramids of King Snefru. Enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant (optional). Then transfer back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza to pick up your luggage and be transferred to Cairo train station to catch the night sitting train to Aswan (available to upgrade to a sleeping train with an extra charge of 80$ USD per person).

Aswan Dam: Once you arrive at Aswan train station, you will be met and assist at Aswan railway station to be transferred by A/C car to your 5 stars Nile Cruise to check in before lunch. Have lunch on board. Then, start your tour by visiting the High Dam; achieved in 1960 to protect Egypt from the flood and generate electricity.

Boating at Philae. Philae: Proceed to visit the Greco Roman temple dedicated to goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there. Later on, return back to your cruise for dinner, a folkloric show, and Overnight in Aswan.

Local Flavor at Abu Simbel Temples. Abu Simbel: Around 4:30, your guide will pick you up for the Abu Simbel trip ( sharing a group in a bus or minibus). Arrive around 8 am, to visit one of the most impressive places in Egypt; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel with their unique design built for King Ramesses 2nd. and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Back to the Cruise around 2 to 2:30 pm to have your lunch and sail heading to Kom Ombo city.

City/Town Tour at Temple Of Kom Ombo. Kom Ombo City: Arrive at Kom Ombo city, late in the afternoon where to visit the dual temple of Sobek, the crocodile God, and Horus, the Falcon God. Back to the cruise and have dinner. Continue sailing to Edfu overnight.

Child rate applies only when sharing 2 paying adults. A child from 5 to 11 years old accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order.
