Archaeological Exploration at Giza Plateau. Welcome to this trip! Egypt Gift Tours Egyptology guide will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza on time. Once you enter the Giza plateau area, you will be able to go very close to the Great Pyramid of Cheops, and staring at that massive structure, you will realize that your dream of visiting the only surviving wonder of the ancient world came true.

Sightseeing at Pyramid of Khafre. Sightseeing and optional activities: Your guide will provide you with historical insights into those 4600-year-old tombs. Passing through the pyramids of Chephren and Menkaure, you will stop to click some photos of all the pyramids together. In that part of the Sahara Desert area, you will also have the chance to ride a camel, take nice clicks, and have a lot of desert fun (optional).

Sightseeing. Valley Temple & Papyrus Institute: After these pyramids, we visit the Valley Temple – The place where the priests mummified the dead body of King Chephren, owner of the second pyramid at Giza Plateau. It is also the place where you can have a close-up look at the Sphinx; the legendary guardian that stands by the huge funeral complex with its lion body and the head of King Chephren. This mysterious monument was carved to symbolize the pharaoh’s power and wisdom. After this great tour, you will have the chance to go to a papyrus institute to see how the Egyptians produced this genuine artwork thousands of years ago.

Also, visit the tombs of the Nobles in Saqqara and learn more about the daily life of ancient Egyptian noblemen.

Sightseeing at Red Pyramid. Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid: Then transfer to the south and visit the Red Pyramid and Bent Pyramid at Dahshur. This is a famous royal necropolis in Egypt located in the desert on the West Bank of the Nile approximately 40 kilometers (25 mi) south of Cairo. It is known chiefly for many famous pyramids two of which are among the oldest, largest, and best preserved in Egypt, built from 2613–2589 BC; the red and bent Pyramids of King Snefru.

Day 3

Local Flavor at Abu Simbel Temples. Abu Simbel: Around 4 to 4:30 am, your guide will pick you up for the Abu Simbel trip ( sharing a group in a bus or minibus). Arrive around 8 am, to visit one of the most impressive places in Egypt; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel with their unique design built for King Ramesses 2nd. and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Back to the Cruise around 2 to 2:30 pm to have your lunch and sail heading to Kom Ombo city.

Boating at Temple Of Kom Ombo. Temple of Kom Ombo: Kom Ombo City: Arrive at Kom Ombo city, late in the afternoon where to visit the dual temple of Sobek, the crocodile God, and Horus, the Falcon God. Back to the cruise and have dinner. Continue sailing to Edfu overnight.

Day 4

Local Flavor at Temple Of Edfu. Temple of Edfu: Around 5:30 to 6 am, enjoy Horse Carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples. Return to the cruise to have your breakfast and start sailing. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the beautiful scenery of the Nile river while sailing to Luxor. Cross Esna Lock, lunch on board and afternoon tea on the sundeck. Late in the afternoon, arrive at Luxor dock, to be transferred to enjoy Luxor Temple on the East bank of Luxor; where ancient Egyptian, Christian and Islamic features are exhibited. Dinner on board and belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor. Note: if your arrival at Luxor dock by 3:00 or 3:30 pm, then we have chance to visit both Karnak and Luxor Temples but if it arrives a bit later, we will visit only Luxor temple.

Child rate applies only when sharing 2 paying adults. A child from 5 to 11 years old accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult. Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile, Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order. Prices are quoted in U.S dollars and valid, except during Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays (100$ USD per person per night, will be charged as extra supplement for these Holidays). If the Abu Simbel trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ USD per adult and 15$ USD per child. You will need to pay all the entrance fees by card except the High Dam and motorboat to Philae temple in cash. If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person. If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room. If you are traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
