Welcome to this trip! Egypt Gift Tours driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza around 6:30 to 7 pm to transfer to the train station to take your evening first-class sitting train to Luxor. (the train takes about 10 to 12 hours).

Mortuary temple: Continue, to the Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, which was renewed and rebuilt by the Polish mission in Egypt in 1960 up till these days. Listen to the queen’s interesting story from your Egyptology guide and know how she managed to rule as a sole Pharaoh.

Sightseeing at Colossi Of Memnon. Memnon: End your tour in the West Bank with a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon – two 17-meter-high statues on Luxor’s west bank. Carved from granite blocks, they represent the Pharaoh Amenhotep III and were once part of an impressive colonnade.

Leisure at Nile River. Nile River: Return to the Cruise by noon to have your lunch. Start sailing down the River Nile, afternoon tea on the sundeck. Cross Esna Lock and overnight in Edfu.

Back to the cruise. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea on the sundeck.

City/Town Tour at Temple Of Kom Ombo. Kom Ombo City: Late in the afternoon, stop at Kom Ombo city where to visit the unique double temple of Sobek, the crocodile God, and Horus, the falcon God. Return to the cruise and have dinner followed by a folkloric party operated by the cruise staff and tour guides. Continue sailing to Aswan for overnight.

Abu Simbel: Check out around 4 to 4:30, your guide will pick you up for the Abu Simbel trip (sharing a group in a bus or minibus), to visit one of the most impressive places in Egypt; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel with its unique design built for King Ramesses 2nd and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Back to the cruise around 2 to 2:30 pm to pick up your luggage to be ready to discover with your guide the highlights of Aswan and listen to the story of the Nubian immigration.

Local Flavor at Philae. Philae: Proceed to visit the Philae temple; the Graeco Roman Temple dedicated to goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there. Later on, transfer to Aswan railway station to take your evening train back to Cairo.

Child rate applies only when sharing 2 paying adults (maximum one child sharing parent's room). A child from 5 to 11 years old accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult.( full price) A child from the age of 12 years considered an adult with a maximum 3 members in the room. We might need to start the Nile cruise itinerary from Luxor to Aswan depending upon the cruise availability. Prices are quoted in U.S dollars per person per trip and valid, except during Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays (100$ per person per night will be charged as extra supplement for these Holidays). If your arrival to Luxor is so early, so we will start the tour direct upon arrival as Cruise check in at 12:00. If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ USD per person. Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile, Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order. You have a chance to upgrade the sitting train to a sleeping one for 90$ USD per person in double sharing cabin, each way. You will need to pay all the entrance fees by card except the High Dam and motorboat to Philae temple in cash. If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person. If you are travelling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person. If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
