Explore the highlights of the sightseeing in Luxor and Aswan, two stops in the way to visit the Pharaonic sites of interest such as; Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples. Discover one of the most impressive temples in Egypt by visiting Abu Simbel 285 km south of Aswan. Have a chance to visit one of the Nubian families on Soheil Island in Aswan. Experience the exciting trip of the Hot Air Balloon in Luxor. Have fun and enjoy plenty of night entertainments of the belly dancing show, galabia party, Nubian show or disco and more in 5 days/4 nights Nile Cruise every Saturday, Monday and Thursday from Luxor to Aswan. This cruise experience includes hotel and airport transfers, round trip flight tickets, 4-Nights accommodation on 5-stars Nile cruise, tasty on board meals but water, drinks and entrance fees to the sightseeing on your own expenses. Note: You will need to provide us with correct spelling of your name as well as hotel name and address in Cairo or Giza. Your day, step by step
Day 1
Cairo
Local Flavor at Karnak Temple. Welcome to this trip! Egypt Gift Tours driver will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel in Cairo or Giza around 4:30 am (available to change subject to the flight schedule) to transfer to Cairo airport to take your morning flight to Luxor. You will need to use the flight tickets, we sent you via WhatsApp or email to check in and get your boarding card at Cairo airport. Once your arrive at Luxor airport and pick your luggage, go outside through the exit door where you will find our representative holding a sign with your name to be transferred by A/C car to your 5 stars Nile Cruise to check in by 12 pm. Have lunch on board. Then, start your tour by visiting the largest temple ever: Karnak temple built through 2000 years, covering an area of about 63 acres. Listen carefully to the stories and legends to be told by your tour guide. Marvel at the sheer size of the Great Hypo-style Hall, take photos between the huge columns and obelisks. Proceed to visit Luxor temple, where ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features are exhibited. Admire its obelisk and statues. Back to the cruise, dinner on board and overnight in Luxor. Note: If your arrival to Luxor is so early, so we might start the tour directly upon arrival since the cruise check-in time at 12:00 and we don’t want our guest to waste their time waiting at the lobby for check-in.

Balloon Rides. Balloon Flight: Begin around 5:00 am pick up for the incredible trip of 30 to 40 minutes Hot Air Balloon flight over the west bank of Luxor and enjoy an aerial view of the country’s landscape and famous landmarks. Enjoy the sun illuminating the sky of the open air museum city (Luxor) over the great temples and mountains below.

Archaeological Exploration at Valley Of The Kings. Valley of the Kings: Breakfast and start your remarkable day by driving to the West Bank to explore the Theban Necropolis by visiting the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs from the New kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies.

Mortuary temple: Continue to the unique design Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, that was renewed and rebuilt by the Polish mission in Egypt since 1960 up till these days. Listen from your guide to her exciting story and how she managed to rule as a sole Pharaoh.

Sightseeing at Colossi Of Memnon. Memnon: End your tour in the West Bank by a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. Return back to the Cruise by noon to have your lunch. Start sailing down the River Nile, afternoon tea on the sundeck. Cross Esna Lock and overnight in Edfu.

Day 3

Carriage Tours at Temple Of Edfu. Edfu: After your breakfast, enjoy Horse Carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples. Back to the cruise. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the scenery of the Nile river while sailing to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea on the sundeck.

City/Town Tour at Temple Of Kom Ombo. Kom Ombo City: Late in the afternoon, stop at Kom Ombo city where to visit the unique double temple of Sobek, the crocodile God and Horus, the falcon God. Return to the cruise and have dinner followed by folkloric party operated by the cruise staff and tour guides. Continue sailing to Aswan for overnight.

Day 4

Local Flavor at Abu Simbel Temples. Abu Simbel: Around 4 to 4:30 am, your guide will pick you up for Abu Simbel trip (sharing a group in a bus or minibus), drive for about 3 hours to visit one of the most impressive places in Egypt; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel with their unique design built for King Ramesses 2nd and his beloved Queen Nefertari. Get back to the cruise around 2 to 2:30 pm to have your lunch and get ready for the fantastic trip in nature to the Nubian Village.

Local Flavor at Nubian Village. Nubian Village: You will be picked-up around 3:30 to 4:00 pm down to the Nile to take a motorboat, sailing slowly to enjoy the scenery and views to the Nubian Village on Soheil Island, have a welcome drink in one of the Nubian families houses, talk to them, know about their customs, walk around the village with your guide. Finish by sunset, enjoy the breeze and watch the birds while going back to your cruise. Time for dinner, and the folkloric Nubian Show. Overnight in Aswan.

Sightseeing at Aswan Dam. Aswan Dam: After breakfast, check out and discover with your guide the highlights of Aswan, listen to the story of the Nubian immigration. Start your tour by visiting the High Dam; achieved in 1960 to protect Egypt from the flood and generate electric. The Dam provides a huge water reservoir known as Lake Nasser, one of the biggest artificial lakes in the world. At this landmark, you will see the huge hydro-power stations that provide Egypt with 10 percent of its electricity.

Boating at Philae. Philae: Proceed to visit the Greco Roman Temple dedicated to goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there. The temple was relocated to its current location by UNESCO after the building of the High Dam in order to prevent its inundation. The island was carefully selected to match the original settings on which the temple was originally built. Enjoy free time to explore the beauty of the temple and its surroundings.

Child rate applies only when sharing 2 paying adults. A child from 5 to 11 years old accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult. A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip. Prices are quoted in U.S dollars per person per trip and valid, except during Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays (100$ per person per night will be charged as extra supplement for these Holidays). If your arrival to Luxor is so early, so we will start the tour direct upon arrival as Cruise check in at 12:00. Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile, Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order. Camera is not allowed for the balloon trip, but you can use your cellphone to take pictures. If the balloon cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ USD per person. If Abu Simbel Trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ USD per person. If the Nubian Village cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ USD per person. It is available to pick travelers at New Cairo, 6th.October hotels with extra 10$ USD per person.
