The journey, in full
Start your adventure with a scenic drive from La Fortuna, arriving at our site surrounded by lush pastures and a rainforest river. After a safety briefing from our expert guides, the excitement begins. First, rappel down a 32-meter (104 ft) waterfall into a 3-meter-deep pool, followed by a second 15-meter (49 ft) rappel. Next, experience a series of thrilling jumps: 1. A 4.5-meter (15 ft) leap into a 3-meter-deep pool. 2. A 1-meter (3 ft) jump into a 1.7-meter-deep pool. 3. A daring 7-meter (23 ft) plunge into a 4-meter-deep pool. Afterward, climb a 17-meter staircase for one last adrenaline rush: 4. A 11 meters (36 ft) jump into a 7-meter-deep pool. Wrap up your adventure with a delicious Costa Rican lunch, tropical smoothies, and coffee back at Pure Trek Canyoning in La Fortuna.

Restrictions
Must be in good physical condition to walk and hike. Must be a good swimmer. No hats, and if you need glasses to see they must be safely connected to a strap. To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the following restrictions apply: Weight Limit: Maximum 280 lb (127 kg). Harness Size Limitations: Participants must fit within 44 inches at the waist and 32 inches at the upper legs to safely use the harnesses. Health & Medical Restrictions: Participation is not permitted for individuals who are: Pregnant Under the influence of alcohol or drugs Recovering from surgery within the past 12 months Suffering from heart conditions or serious back problems Minimum Age Requirement: children under 8 years old are not permitted on the Rainforest Falls tour, due to safety regulations.
