Pure Trek is La Fortuna’s most popular canyoning & waterfall rappelling operator. Since 2001, our professional and certified guides have led thousands of clients of all ages through our well-maintained canyon for the adventure of a lifetime. This half-day canyoning tour will take you deep inside the Pure Trek canyon to experience a series of waterfall rappels, and activities like rock climbing and the “Monkey Drop” – you will get wet! Keep your eyes open for a chance to see toucans, sloths, monkeys, and other exotic wildlife. Either before or after your canyoning adventure depending on your tour time, we serve a delicious, typical & garden-fresh lunch at our PureTrek headquarters (gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available). To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the following restrictions apply: Weight Limit: Maximum 280 lb (127 kg). Harness Size Limitations: Participants must fit within 44 inches at the waist and 32 inches at the upper legs to safely use the harnesses. Health & Medical Restrictions: Participation is not permitted for individuals who are: Pregnant Under the influence of alcohol or drugs Recovering from surgery within the past 12 months Suffering from heart conditions or serious back problems Minimum Age Requirement: Children under 5 years old are not permitted on the Pure Trek Canyoning tour.
