Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

No.7 International First Class Lounge (T3) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check take the escalator near Departure Gate 17. First Class Lounge (T4) Location: Airside - Terminal 4, after security inspection, go straight on the left to the mezzanine 'First Class Lounge (T4)'. Premier Lounge (T3) Location: Airside - downstairs after Security Check, the lounge is located near Departure Gate 6. Guest Lounge (T3) Location: Airside - After Security Check, turn left and walk straight 200 meters, take the escalator to the downstair, turn left and walk straight 20 meters, the lounge is located opposite to the Boarding Gate 21 Xiamen famous snack - set meal Location: Airside - after Security Check, the lounge is located on the mezzanine Level of the check-in island.
