This product allows you to enjoy a single entry to the lounge(s) listed below. Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

First Class Lounge No.9 (T1 - Dom) Location: Airside - After Security Check, take the escalator near Departure Gate 9, then turn left to the lounge. First Class Lounge No.73 (T2 - Dom) Location: Airside - After Security Check, proceed down to Level 2,turn right and walk straight around 100 meters, the lounge is opposite to the Boarding Gate 76, 100 meters to the Gate 73. First Class Lounge No.37 (T1 - Intl) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, the lounge is located near Departure Gate 18. VIP Lounge No.69 (T2 - Intl) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, near Gate 69 on the Upper Floor. Signs indicate the entrance to the Lounge. HOPE KAWEN - Set Meal Location: Airside - After Security Check, it is near the boarding gate C74-C75. HOPESTAR - Set Meal Location: Airside - After Security Check, it is near the boarding gate 16-18. VIP Lounge No.170(S2 International) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check,take the down escalator at the D79 gate to the MRT platform, then take the MRT.
