What travelers are saying
The lounge itself was quite nice. My biggest issue was that we never received a QR code or bar code to allow us in. We had the voucher, that the lounge was completely unfamiliar with. We were only allowed in because the lounge clerk took us on face value and said she would get to the bottom of it later. I tried contacting PE immediately and received a reply over a day later, which wouldn't have resolved the issue at the time we needed it.
This all depends on which lounge you're accessing. If it is the transborder lounge in Terminal A, then lower your expectations. It is small, outdated, and windowless. One of the restrooms was out of order, the food is average, you can hear dishes clanging, and not worth the money. Looks (from pictures) like other lounges are large with windows and more inviting - but you can't use those if you're flying to the US from Toronto.
