Restrictions
- All passengers must: comply with all crew directions, safety briefings and operational instructions, notify staff of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, mobility issues, pregnancy, or other factors that could affect safe participation, understand and follow safety briefings and instructions in English, behave safely and responsibly at all times on board and in the water - Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times - All participants must sign and agree to a Liability Release & Safety Waiver before participating - Minimum Driver Age: 16 years. - Drivers under 18 must have a guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. - Drivers under 18 cannot carry another passenger under 18; they may only ride solo or with a passenger aged 18 or older. - Participants must notify staff of any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate safely - Guests should have an average level of fitness and be comfortable in and around water if participating in snorkelling or in-water activities. Some tours may include beach landings, ladder reboarding, short guided walks, and time spent in open marine environments. - Guests participating in snorkelling must: follow all crew instructions, use provided equipment correctly, remain within designated snorkelling areas, notify staff if they are tired, unwell, inexperienced, or need assistance - Passengers must not participate while under the influence of illegal drugs or any substance that may impair judgment, coordination, or safe participation. - Passengers must disclose any relevant medical condition, injury, allergy, dietary issue, mobility issue, pregnancy, or other special requirement before departure. - Poseidon Adventure will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs where safe and practical to do so, but reserves the right to limit participation where safety or operational considerations require it. - Minimum Passenger Age: 7 years. - The maximum weight of a person allowed to partake in activities provided by Poseidon Jet Ski Tours is rated at 130 kg. Persons in excess of the weight limit pose an increased health and safety risk to themselves, customers, and team members. Poseidon Jet Ski Tours has rated the maximum carrying capacity of the Jet Ski to 200kg for tandem riders. This weight restriction is inclusive of the riders and luggage, which must be adhered to at all times. This weight limit requirement is for the comfort and safety of our guests. - The Master / Skipper has absolute authority regarding the safe operation of the vessel and all decisions relating to passenger conduct, itinerary, weather response, in-water activity management, and continuation or termination of the tour. All passengers must comply immediately with crew directions.

Meeting point: 108 Flinders Street, Townsville, QLD 4810. Please bring a valid form of ID for all persons who wish to drive the Jet Skis. Please park along The Strand esplanade for free parking. Thank you.
