What travelers are saying
Whole experience of the ferry was a bit chaotic, but they had some operational change that changed the times and the boats that may have impacted this. Boarding was confusing as there were multiple trips on the ferry. There were several add on options that we could have added had we booked direct, but no one knew how or if we could add day of. The biggest miss was the buffet lunch, given that food is limited on the island we were interested in adding that, but everyone we asked pushed us off to someone else that also didn't know and then once we got to the island, we were told that needed to be added on the boat. Overall it was just a ferry and it got us there on time and safely and the day on the island was incredible and worth it.
