Absolute beginners wanting to try surfing or people needing a refresher lesson in Byron min age 10 yrs - We are one of the few surf school providers who run lessons right in Byron Bay. We surf in really small groups, with a max of 7 participants so you will have loads of hands-on help from our professional instructors. Our 2-hour lesson (3-hour experience) will offer a truly authentic surfing experience that covers all the basics from warm-up to paddling, catching waves, and standing. The lesson price includes all equipment; board, wetsuit, rash vest, sunscreen, and zinc. When it comes to that authentic beach-town vibe, Byron is a contender for the title all year round. The pristine northern climate and multiple breaks create ideal surf conditions, making it a renowned haven for locals, surfing legends, musicians and movie stars alike.
