What your day looks like

This experience takes early with your pickup from your respective Lodge and Hotel, and your transfer to the park, which takes 15-20 minutes. Our pickup starts as early as possible to avoid walking in the heat, which can build up quickly. We advise you to wear suitable walking shoes, hats, and bush-friendly attire. An escort game ranger will be picked to accompany the group and take a short drive to where we will start the walk, you will be provided with a bottle of mineral water for your walk whilst listening to your guide giving a full safety briefing on what you expect to see and the Do's and Don'ts whilst walking. Time For The Walking Safari. The walk lasts for approximately 3 hours. However, a lot of the time will be spent quietly observing the wild and discussing with the guide. You will be walking at a leisurely pace set by your yourselves and you can stop as frequently as you wish, to ask questions and discuss any aspect that particularly interests you.
