Day 1
Lusaka
After arrival in Lusaka transfer to a small lodge in the outskirts of town.

Overnight in chalets at Pioneer Camp or similar.
Day 2
Lusaka
Eco Tour at Lower Zambezi National Park. Lower Zambezi: We drive through Lusaka and down the escarpment to the Zambezi valley. A visit to the Lower Zambezi Park is one of the highlights in Zambia.

We stay overnight in safari tents at Kasaka River Lodge (or similar) on the banks of the Zambezi River
Day 3
Lusaka
Boating at Zambezi River. Zambezi River: The Zambezi River on the one side and the Escarpment on the other form the backdrop of our game viewing. We do game drives in the Park and boating along the river shore to watch the animals come to drink. On one of these days we will do a sunset boat cruise on the Zambezi.

Eco Tour at Lower Zambezi National Park. Continue exploring this area and take awesome pictures.

Kafue National Park: Today we drive up the escarpment and back to Lusaka, where we do some shopping for the next days in the bush. In the afternoon we carry on to Kafue National Park

Day 6

Wildlife Safari at Kafue National Park. Busanga Plains: Early start and transfer in north-western direction to Busanga Plains This area can only be visited in a very limited time of the year. You will spend 2 days in this remote wilderness to explore the area on game drives

Day 7
Lusaka
Eco Tour at Kafue National Park. Kafue National Park - Busanga Plains: Keep exploring the park.

Lusaka
Wildlife Safari. Lufupa River: After a last morning game drive we drive back to the Lufupa River, where a boat is waiting for us for a transfer upstream to Hippo Lodge. This part of the river impresses with its beautiful riverine scenery.

Day 9
Lusaka
Wildlife Safari at Kafue National Park. Game drives and sightseeing: We will do game drives in this area on day 9.

Local Flavor. Lusaka: We leave the park and carry on to Lusaka, where we will spend the afternoon at the lodge of do some shopping in the capital.

Lusaka
Transfer to the airport Lusaka and flight to the airport in Mfuwe. Transfer to our lodge next to the Luangwa River. On this afternoon there is no activity included. *A night game drive can be booked with the lodge (optional).
