Shared Group Three Cliffs Bay Circular Walk & Gower Peninsula
What your day looks like
One of the most spectacular walks in the Gower Peninsula, the first area in the UK to be designated an Area of Outstanding Beauty, this is a must-do experience if you are visiting South Wales or the Gower area. Join us on a guided circular walk along one of the most scenic routes in Britain. Starting at Parkmill, you’ll walk through the valley and up towards Penmaen Castle before descending to explore Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles Beach. Your journey begins at Parkmill, continuing through woodland and up to the top of the valley. We then proceed towards Penmaen Castle to hear the story of Will the Mill and William de Breos III, who became the Lord of Gower. Depending on the tide, we’ll drop down into the valley and onto the beach before heading towards Pobbles Beach. The route then climbs back to the top of the valley and returns to the starting point. Along the way, you’ll discover striking rock formations, breathtaking scenery, and fantastic photo opportunities. You’ll visit the award-winning Three Cliffs Bay and be shown some of the area’s most popular photography spots.
