Full Day Nguna Outer Island Adventure Tour
What your day looks like
The Volcano Walk takes you atop one of Nguna’s extinct volcanoes, Mt Marou (472m), where you will be rewarded with sweeping views across the Shepherd Islands to the north, and south to Efate. Parts of the walk are steep and it takes 3 ½ hours on average. The intriguing Environment Walk takes about 3 hours and is a good option for families. Explore a community conservation area at Nguna’s smallest village – a fascinating mixture of old forest, historic relics and community gardens. After the morning walk, enjoy a buffet lunch by the beach and then snorkel Nguna’s famous marine conservation area. Expect lots of fish, maybe the occasional turtle, and plenty of hard corals and small canyons and crevasses to explore.
