What your day looks like
This signature tour of America’s first National Park celebrates the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem and provides an intimate look at some of the park’s most classic sights including the active geysers in the Old Faithful area, the breathtaking Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, and Yellowstone Lake with its unique geothermal features. With your own personal guide, gain a deeper understanding of the magnificence of this 2.2M acre natural wonder. *This is a seasonal tour, running from May through October only* Please note as of January 1, 2026, a mandatory $100 USD per non-US resident fee is required to enter the park. If needed, passengers can purchase these on the National Park Service's website prior to the date of the tour, or these can be purchased at the gate at the start of the tour.

Detailed Itinerary
The journey, in full
We will pick you up in the town of Jackson or your place of lodging* in one of our customized, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. Treat yourself to hot beverages and homemade baked goods as we pass through Grand Teton National Park on our way to Yellowstone National Park. We will admire the Tetons at sunrise and stop for wildlife viewing along the way, but the primary focus of the day is Yellowstone. Our journey in Yellowstone begins with a tour of the Old Faithful area as well as a guided geyser walk. After a picnic lunch in the park, we travel to the breathtaking Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. We will stop at the Upper and Lower falls, as well as Yellowstone Lake. Yellowstone is home to the largest concentration of mammals in the lower 48, and you may see bison, coyotes, elk, otters, bears, pronghorn, and wolves. Throughout the tour, we discuss in detail Yellowstone’s history, geology, and wildlife. Our guides will spend the day answering your questions and sharing their passion for the area. After a full day in Yellowstone, we depart for Jackson, again passing through Grand Teton National Park to marvel at the mountains. We return to Jackson around dinner time.

What to know before booking

What to Bring
During the summer we recommend that guests bring a warm jacket or a sweater as well as a rain jacket in case of adverse weather. For winter tours we recommend that guests bring a warm winter coat, a warm hat that covers the ears and warm gloves. We recommend that guests bring sturdy, close-toed shoes or boots (i.e. hiking boots or tennis shoes during the spring/summer/fall or snow boots during the winter). Guests should also bring their own camera, medications, sunglasses and any other items of personal nature.
Restrictions
Yellowstone is not open in November. The last date to reserve a tour for Yellowstone is October 25, 2025. After that, Yellowstone opens for winter tours on December 15th. Starting January 1, 2026, the National Park Service (NPS) is implementing a $100 per-person fee for non-U.S. residents entering 11 major national parks, in addition to standard entrance fees, as part of a new "resident-focused" fee structure designed to prioritize U.S. taxpayers and fund park maintenance. This fee will only impact our international customers. The only exception is for those non-U.S. residents that have purchased the America the Beautiful (ATB) International Pass for $250, which grants annual access to all federal lands.

A complimentary pick-up at your hotel located in the town of Jackson or Teton Village or at the Home Ranch Parking lot (corner of N. Cache and E. Gill) near the town square in Jackson, WY.

Bobby was very good. He took us to the hotspots, helped us locate and sea wildlife. I think the only drawback is that in a large park like Yellowstone, there’s significant amount of road work going on makes the travel difficult, and the time between each stop, sometimes could be rather annoying. This is not the fault of the tour nor the tour guide just the reality of Yellowstone in the summer.
