Before you go
Meeting & Pickup
Our office is located seven miles south of the Kailua Kona Airport. Free parking is available at our administration office located at the Ilima Court Shopping Center. We depart from the Kailua Pier located about one block from our office.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The boat was clean, but was a little difficult to see well due to the number of passengers. The sandwiches were a nice touch. I think the timing of the boat arriving and seeing the tale and some spouts could have allowed for more time. There was a boat sitting right next to the whale and we kind of stopped away which made it a little difficult to view. This was probably a one time opportunity for our family and wished we could have seen a better viewing, perhaps arriving earlier as the other boat(s) were already there.

Great crew - very knowledgeable of the wildlife as well as boat safety. Friendly - polite - helpful - professional team of people. I highly recommend this cruise, as well as any others they offer.

We were able to follow a mother and her calf Knowledgable staff though it was generally hard to her.

We were happy with the cruise. The staff were friendly, the boat was clean, Free soda, juice and snacks. The naturalist was excellent. Sadly, most of the whales had begun moving to Alaska--but we can't blame the company for the whales making that decision! They gave us a guarantee of a free cruise if we ever return.
