Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) — the fastest-growing water sport in recent years — is surfing’s relaxed and casual partner. Easy to learn, a great form of exercise, and absolutely fun, OSP’s Stand Up Paddle Boarding Lessons are perfect for all ages and skill levels. Just like our surfing lessons, our SUP instruction follows an intuitive methodology that will have you up and paddling in no time. Team Ohana offers individual private lessons, as well as group instruction, that will teach you the basic and advanced techniques that have made this sport so popular with the casual and competitive alike. All prices include standup paddleboards, paddles, and all the equipment you need to get up and ride. All you have to bring is your swimwear, towel, and sunscreen. Please note that our lessons accommodate 1 to 4 students. We offer private lessons for all ages and abilities with a student-to-instructor ratio of 1 to 1. Semi-private lessons are for two students 13 or older and able to swim with a student-to-instructor ratio of 2 to 1. Our exclusive group lesson is for three or more students, 13 or older, and able to swim with a student-to-instructor ratio of 4 to 1. And our family lessons are for up to 4 students who can swim and paddle their own boards. Family lessons must include at least one parent and one child 12 or younger. Additional family members may be added.
