The journey, in full
Denver Union Station 5 min: pick up location Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre 45 min: Drive the scenic route into the RR Park with its impressive rock formations. Enjoy one of the most iconic music venues of the world. Lookout Mountain 15 min: Get a fantastic view of downtown Denver to the east and the Rocky Mountains to the west. The summit was used as a lookout point by the Ute tribe as well as the resting place for Famous Buffalo Bill. Lariat Loop National Scenic Byway (pass by) Drive down parts of the National Scenic Byway into Golden with fantastic views of the Rocky Mountains and the plains. Golden 45 min: Stop in Golden, the charming town nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, where you have time to enjoy a local coffee shop, craft brewery or stroll along Clear Creek Trail.

Restrictions
Please know that Red Rocks Amphitheatre is an extremely busy concert venue, almost all year round. We recommend you book the 8 am tour if getting into the venue is very important to you - sometimes it closes early for production setup, sound check, etc. The park can be enjoyed even when the venue is closed. Subject to weather conditions. If canceled due to weather conditions, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

We took the Red Rocks & Beyond small-group tour, and it was excellent. Hayden was a fantastic guide—very knowledgeable, engaging, and happy to answer questions throughout the tour. The tour was just over four hours, which was the perfect length to see the area's highlights without feeling rushed. Our favorite stop was Golden, where we had about an hour to explore the shops and restaurants and enjoy the town. This tour is a great way to experience Red Rocks and the surrounding area. Highly recommend!
