Wonderful tour!
Our guide was great and very knowledgeable (can’t remember his name) but with all the other wonderful things to see in Alaska I would probably not do this again. I understand the reasoning but it makes me sad to see animals in captivity that are intended for the wild. Liked the short walk through the Tongas, though.
This was okay, but not what I really had hoped for. Everything was caged. It was like going to the zoo but with a very small sampling. I Wouldn't do it again. The staff were very nice and informative. That is the only reason I gave it 3 stars otherwise it would have been a one.
Great guide!
our guide Stephen was fabulous! He was so knowledgeable and his presentation was so much fun! I will book this tour and request Stephen for my clients every time!
Tour was rushed. Not enough time at each stop to visit gift shop or enjoy the stop. Good information given but the guide was negative about many topics. Small group was nice as some of the other tours had large groups with lines.
This tour was fantastic! The guide was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We loved how personalized it was and got to see everything we wanted. Highly recommended!!
It was a nice tour with nice driver. The staff held the tour for us as the tenders from the ships were all delayed. But as far as the tour, it was ok. Nothing special. I know the bears and raptors are important to them but the tour was about 15-20min in each place and nothing spectacular but nice.
