Sedona & Red Rock State Park Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour
What your day looks like
Take in the distinct vibes of beautiful Sedona. Guide yourself on an audio-guided adventure to the most famous landmarks and drive through the stunning rock formations that characterize the city. Stop whenever and wherever you wish to and explore your surroundings. After downloading the Action Tour Guide app, begin your tour at the Sedona Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Center. Turn onto Route 89, or the Red Rock Scenic Byway, and start your scenic journey. Your first big stop will be at the Tlaquepaque Arts Shopping Village, a cute and quirky destination. Continue south to your first hiking trail: Marg’s Draw. Besides the stunning red rocks, this site also features plenty of blooming flowers in the spring. The next stop is Broken Arrow Trail, where you’ll learn all about the series of events that led to Sedona being called “Little Hollywood.” Visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross and admire its towering structure, inspired by the Empire State Building. Up next is Cathedral Rock, probably Sedona’s most famous formation. Reach the Courthouse Vista trail, that leads to one of the town’s vortexes, supposedly charged with spiritual energy. Finally, arrive in the Village of Oak Creek, full of shops and restaurants. But that’s not where your journey needs to end. Also included with this package is a complimentary bonus tour of West Sedona, which features extra vistas and hiking trails in the red rock region’s more secluded wilderness.
