What travelers are saying
Perfect
Terribly coordinate and executed trip. Starting with the shuttle being an hour late. No calls, no one to call because the company used was closed until 7am,pick ups were supposed to start at 6am. We were supposed to be back home by 4:30/5. We didn't get out of road to Hana u til 6pm. Then our driver tells us he can't legally drive anymore and a different shuttle is picking us up. Then that shuttle was never dispatched or something because they were an additional 20 min out, by that time it was close to 6:30. Shuttle showed up close to 7 and then would take over an hour to drop everyone off. 4 of us decided to take an $80 Uber to get home before at a decision decision time to still get dinner. The Polynesian company was disorganized and with the start and end being terrible, I'd like to request at least a 50% refund. Advice, please never use this company again.
