Private Morning Sail
What your day looks like
This private morning sail is a great way to start the day. Mornings are best to go see San Diego’s wildlife, such as the seals, because there is little wind and few waves, allowing us to easily cross over to Point Loma. The bay will most likely have a calm, gentle surface, allowing us to go with our motor with minimal leaning.
The experience, in brief
- Enjoy a peaceful morning sail with calm waters and light wind.
- Spot San Diego wildlife like seals near Point Loma.
- Smooth ride with minimal leaning, perfect for a relaxing start to your day.
The journey, in full
From Safe Harbor Sunroad Marina, cruising down to Point Loma to see the Seals. The Sail is 2.5 hours long, leaves from Safe Harbor Sunroad Marina, and cruises down towards the San Diego seals, and then returns to Safe Harbor Sunroad. We will open sails if weather permits, so expect a little bit of leaning. It can get chilly when on the water, so remember to bring warm clothes. Life Jackets will need to be worn by all guests aged 12 and under. There are life jackets for everyone on board.
