What your day looks like
Experience the magic of the Teton Range during the "golden hours" of dawn or dusk. This private journey offers total flexibility, allowing your guide to adapt the route in real-time based on the latest wildlife sightings and your personal interests. The journey, in full
Sunrise or Sunset Pickup: Your guide collects you from Jackson or Teton Village in a comfortable private vehicle stocked with optics, snacks, and drinks. (Note: Most 2026 tours approach via Jackson due to road construction. National Elk Refuge & Gros Ventre: Traverse the edge of the historic refuge before exploring the Gros Ventre River corridor—a premier habitat for moose—and the geothermal Kelly Warm Spring. Mormon Row History: Stop at the famous T.A. Moulton Barn to capture the classic image of weathered pioneer history against the backdrop of the jagged peaks. Glacial Landscapes & Bison: Head north through the gravel terraces of the Snake River to Elk Ranch Flats, where bison often roam across a landscape shaped by the last ice age. Grizzly Country & Oxbow Bend: Enter prime bear habitat near Moran Junction and visit Oxbow Bend, arguably the most wildlife-rich location in the park, famous for its mirror-like mountain reflections. Jackson Lake & Inner Park Road: Explore the southern shores of Jackson Lake and the scenic Inner Park Road, stopping at favorite local photo spots or enjoying a charcuterie board during evening tours. Jenny Lake & The High Peaks: Witness the sheer granite faces of the Grand Teton and Mount Owen rising directly above the pristine waters of Jenny Lake.
