What your day looks like
Muir Woods in the morning and City Tour in the afternoon: Meet at our Wharf Location at Umbrella Alley OR Optional Pick Up at your Union Square or Fisherman's Wharf Hotel. Meet your Jeep guide and off we go. Muir Woods in the morning and City Tour in the afternoon. In the Morning: Over the Golden Gate Bridge to Marin County. 1st destination is the Muir Woods National Monument to see the giant redwoods. Your visit inside the park is self-guided. Your guide will be waiting for you after your park visit. Stop at Muir Beach Overlook on the Pacific Ocean. Stop in the bayside town of Sausalito for a quick lunch on your own. The guide will make lunch suggestions. Stop at Golden Gate Bridge overlook on the way back to San Francisco. In the Afternoon: Three-hour San Francisco tours cover many of the major sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, Presidio, Golden Gate Park, Twin Peaks, Chinatown, Lombard Street (traffic permitting), Coit Tower, and North Beach (“Little Italy”).

- Gratuities - Muir Woods National Park Admission is NOT Included in the price: $15.00 per person ages 16 and up. Age 15 and under free admission. - Food & Drink at lunch stop in Sausalito
What to Bring
- The weather in San Francisco is unpredictable, so we suggest bringing a windbreaker and dressing in layers. We do have blankets available on the vehicle. - Please leave bulky backpacks at home. All personal items must be stored in your lap. Large bags, bulky items, luggage, strollers, folding wheelchairs, and walkers will not fit inside the Jeep.
Restrictions
- Jeep can accommodate up to 6 passengers. The Jeeps are small vehicles - we suggest 4 adult riders plus 2 children/teens in 3rd-row seating.) - Please notify us if you need car seat(s) / booster seats for any young children. Each child must have a seat and be assigned one of the 6 available seat/seatbelt positions. A maximum of 3 children can be accommodated if booters/child seats are needed for each. We are not set up for rear-facing child seats for infants. Children are not allowed to be seated on laps. - NOTE: There is NO cell phone service or WiFi at or around Muir Woods National Monument.
