Traveler Impressions

What travelers are saying

2024-10-14 4.00 / 5

The lounge was good. Its tucked away in a corner. They served food and drinks. It was perfect since I was flying Southwest and had a long layover. My only negative comment is that some of the furniture was showing wear and tear and some small tears.

2021-10-08 4.00 / 5

The lounge was bright, comfortable, and clean, the drinks were top shelf, and the snacks were hearty. However, there was only 1 person checking people in to the lounge, creating a long line to get in. We waited at least 10-15 minutes and then she had never seen a pre-paid voucher so she had no idea how to process it. She originally told us we had to wait for space to open up which I found very odd considering we booked for a specific time arrival. Seems like they overbook which is counter-productive to booking ahead, since we paid $12 more per person to book ahead than the advertised price for walk ups.
