Client had a great experience!

The luau was terrible: They made us wait in a line in the parking lot for like 45 minutes (thank god there was a bench where my mom was able to sit) When the line finally moved there were 2 people checking in literally hundreds of guests and not being very quick about it The food was the worst I have ever eaten anywhere. I am forgiving of mediocre food, but this buffet was a joke. I was hungry when we left! While drinks were "included" it took forever for the waiter to actually take your order and the alternative was waiting in a line so long at the bar that you would miss the show Once you received the drinks they were awful The price is outrageous for what you received. If any of the above aspects were quality it might have been forgivable, but we paid $1000 for 5 of us to have a waste of an evening. Honestly it felt like a scam. THE ONLY POSITIVE: The show was actually somewhat enjoyable once it really got going with fire dancing, but it took a long time to get there and I was already so unhappy with the situation that it really cut back on the enjoyment. Do not EVER send anyone to this show again.

Luau was excellent - did have some confusion with GF items on the menu and the execution of that, but it was rectified.

It was raining pretty hard and they told us to dish up at the buffet and have a seat. Our food was swimming in puddles. Would have to say it wouldn’t have mattered. The food was below par for sure to begin with. The show was decent and was impressed with them doing everything in the rain as well. Just wish they had tents or a rain back up plan.

It might have been our expectations were out of sort, but we didn't find it that enjoyable. Just OK The food was OK

Great food. Wonderful dancers. Would have liked a more standard dessert and the dessert was hard to find where it was placed.
