Meeting & Pickup
Turkish Airlines Lounge: Airside - after TSA Check Point in Concourse E. The lounge is located on Level 2, past the escalator on the left hand side. Access from Terminal D - pass through the connector to the Central Terminal (E Gates Concourse) and the lounge is located directly ahead. (Terminal: Central Terminal Concourse E) AV/TAP VIP Lounge AV/TAP VIP Lounge: Airside - the lounge is located post Security, opposite Gate J6. (Terminal: South Terminal Concourse H and J)

The lounge is comfortable and the food options are good, but this seems to be the only lounge that requires a printed pass (we do these lounges everytime we fly, and have never been asked for a printed pass before). We only travel with digital documents so that we don't have to carry a stack of papers with us in our valuable luggage space. We lost half an hour at the front desk because the receptionist couldn't get the printer to work and would not let us in until we printed the voucher for her to scan.

Atmosphere of the Turkish airlines Lounge could be compared to a Greyhound bus station. Not very comfortable, and overcrowded with mediocre food. Restrooms were run-down and not clean. The food was not good. Overall, it was shabby.

Scruffy, dirty, felt like a holding pen. Poor quality and choice of food. Seating extremely uncomfortable and cramped. Would not recommend or use again.

The lounge was great overall. Friendly staff. Healthy food options (Mediterranean), self-serve drinks, good wifi. It could have used some more soft seating and the tables were a little cramped, making it hard to walk around when it was full, but totally worth the money spent and I would definitely put my clients there as well.
