Suit up in custom farm chaps and plant your very own pineapple in Maui’s rich volcanic soil. Then journey across the farm to learn about every stage of cultivation—from planting the crown to harvesting the golden fruit. Taste fresh pineapples in the field and visit our processing center, where you’ll discover how sweetness is measured through Brix testing and pack your own freshly harvested pineapple to take home. To mark the moment, you’ll receive an exclusive Certified Maui Pineapple Farmer badge—a sweet reminder of your connection to the land, the fruit, and the legacy of Maui.

Meet at the Maui Pineapple Store for check-in. Suit up in your farm chaps and grab your planting gear before we head into the fields. Explore the fields, plant pineapples, and learn about the history and cultivation. Enjoy a pineapple tasting in the fields. Journey to the processing center to learn the art of Brix testing and pack your pineapples!

What to Bring
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time. Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED for this tour. Guests who arrive without meeting this requirement may not be able to tour. Sunglasses, Sunscreen, and Bug Spray are also recommended, as this is an outdoor tour. Please dress appropriately for the day's weather
Restrictions
- Children under 3 are not permitted on the tour, and no refunds will be given for parties arriving with children under 3. This includes children carried on the body, strollers, etc. - Guest who arrive without meeting the tour requirements (ie. closed toe shoes) may not be able to tour. - Guests must be able to get on and off the bus (3 large steps) about 3 times and be able to stand/kneel for about 20 minutes at a time. There’s no room on vehicles to store additional items, wheelchairs, strollers, etc
