What your day looks like
Luau Kalamaku is a must-see, unique and authentic Hawaiian experience. Enjoy a lei greeting upon arrival at historic Kilohana Plantation and relax under the open-air pavilion under the Hawaiian sky. Grab a drink and relax to live pre-show music and entertainment. Dine on local favorite dishes and grab a pre-show Mai Tai or Blue Hawaii. As the skies darken and our cast takes the stage to weave an elaborate story of fear, seduction and mystery. Feel the heat from the fire knife and poi ball dancing.

We loved the train ride and show! The food - not so much, but a couple items were good. I felt rushed through the food though. Not allowing guests time to enjoy the food or time to go back up for more of that delicious item. It was all picked up so quickly, I felt like we didn’t get to just enjoy the meal. We paid a good amount of money, but was rushed during what should have been delicious. I didn’t get to eat till I was tired! The desserts were no different. They were put out and picked up before half our table was able to get any.

Great overall event. The performance was very professional and has a great storyline. The fire dancers are phenomenal. The train ride was entertaining and the plantation was beautiful to see on the ride. The buffet food was not great and was the only negative. The event holds a large crowd which is well-managed.

Fun evening with dinner, and luau dancing. Perimeter local craftsman selling their goods was an additional plus! Train ride was informative about Hawaiian ways the way they used to be. Was just alittle disapointed in the food, seems unremarkable.
